Liz Carroll

Liz Carroll is Network Manager with the Construction Professionals Skillnet. Liz has over 30 years’ experience in learning and development and has worked with people at all levels, from early school leavers to Masters level, and in multiple sectors, including over 11 years with SMEs, as Training and Development Manager with ISME. She has worked in the construction sector since 2017. Liz has been a member of the Expert Group on Future Skills Needs and the Public Awards Oversight Committee at QQI. She was a Director with ECO-UNESCO for 15 years and was Chair for 5 of those years as well as serving as Secretary and Treasurer. Liz is also a professional coach.
