As Programme Director and entrepreneurial specialist at University College Dublin’s (UCD) Innovation Academy, she plays a pivotal role in fostering innovation and empowering aspiring entrepreneurs. With a PhD in Organisational Learning and a background in Anthropology, Dr Lollie brings a unique and diverse perspective to the realms of innovation and entrepreneurship. Beyond her academic achievements, Dr Lollie is a seasoned entrepreneur, holding directorship in not one, but three successful businesses, earning her the title of a serial entrepreneur. She now champions other entrepreneurs especially those under represented with the various entrepreneurial ecosystems. In 2018, she claimed the title of Dublin Story Slam Champion in competitive storytelling, showcasing her ability to captivate audiences with her narrative prowess. Building upon her storytelling skills, she now hosts a monthly Radio Show on Dublin South FM and a thriving podcast titled ‘An Entrepreneur Like You’ available on platforms such as Spotify, where she shares her insights and experiences with a global audience.
