he Republic Ireland of Centre of the Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists represent Architectural Technology professionals in Ireland and supports the endeavours of the Architectural Technologists’ Register (ATR) to provide Statutory recognition for competent Architectural Technologists to provide Design and Assigned Certifier functions under the Building Control (Amendment) Regulations 2014. Chartered Architectural Technologists, (someone who holds the designation MCIAT or FCIAT), are qualified to offer design services and manage projects from inception to completion. They lead the technological design of a project; forming the link between concept, innovation, and realisation.
